Aguirre Medical Group Taps Swearingen Realty Group To Lease 2,150-square Ft Medical Office

Aguirre Medical Group (AMG), the MSO for Aguirre Pediatrics, has successfully signed the lease for a 2,150-square-foot medical office at 2207 S. Zarzamora Street in San Antonio, Texas. The lease was negotiated by Matt Paterson, vice president of Swearingen Realty Group (https://www.swearingen.com/), and will serve as Aguirre Pediatrics's second location.
The existing medical office space eliminates the need for significant construction, providing immediate operational benefits and reducing upfront costs for Aguirre Pediatrics, which was an effort made a priority by AMG. It also shares space with a pharmacy currently operating the building, which offers convenience for patients.
A significant win in the negotiation was securing a flexible termination option, which grants Aguirre Pediatrics the ability to adapt to future business needs without being locked into long-term commitments. Swearingen Realty Group also successfully worked towards executing the lease just 13 business days from being assigned the task of searching for space.
