STABILIZATION AND START-UP

Currently stabilizing one and starting another

You'll notice that the numbers above didn't change much. That is because we're currently stabilizing Aguirre Health & Wellness and starting up AJ Pediatrics. There will be no additional providers in the former and only one addition in AJ Pediatrics. Likewise, the number of patients won't change much because these are our lower-volume, higher-pay patients.

 

HOW WE'RE GOING TO EVENTUALLY EXPAND

Open The Right Places in the Right Locations

Thanks to the sophistication in real estate research, we can find market needs effectively. With our three brands, we can essentially open in any market, varying on population:provider ratio and types of insurance, whether it's Medicaid or private insurance or high-income and cash-pay. 

Debt is our most-likely avenue to fund new locations' real estate, supplies, and operating capital; however, we're also prospecting venture capital, with no ownership given away.
