AJ AGUIRRE

Mr. Aguirre has followed in his mother's and grandmother's footsteps by serving families in Texas communities. Before opening Aguirre Medical, which is a partnering entity in Aguirre Pediatrics, in 2016, he received education in undergraduate and graduate finance from St. Mary's University and at Texas A&M.
"Be hearty in your approbation and lavish in your praise," a paraphrased quotation from Mr. Charles Schwab, AJ has always advocated. It was this love of working with people that enabled he and his mother, Dr. Aguirre to expand their healthcare reach.
"It is my hope, privilege, and honor to serve Texas families. This aspiration is a culmination of professional experience and personal health experience with cancer."
DR MARIA AGUIRRE
Sole Owner of Aguirre Practice of Medicine
Dr. Aguirre has been in private Pediatric practice since 1987. She opened her office on the southwest side of San Antonio, following her residency at UTHSCSA, and before that, medical school at University of Pennsylvania.
"I love meeting my patients the day they are born," she once remarked. Although Maria has several providers seeing her patients, she still visits her newborns at the hospital.
Aguirre is the proud daughter of Barbara Barrera and thereby continuing her patient care across Texas.
DR. YAMINI RANGANATHAN, PHD, MBA
Executive Manager
Dr. Ranganathan came from the microbiology sciences to the business side of healthcare in 2018. In her past life in the sciences, she worked as a research scientist for Northern Illinois University, a life science consultant for Gautier Furniture and for Ennaid Therapeutics & Velocitos Inc.
